Please join us for an informational lunch as we welcome guest speaker Ted LeClair. Mr. LeClair is Senior Vice President and director of the Natixis Advisor Academy. In this role, he delivers keynote presentations at major industry events, trains managers in the qualities of successful leadership and mentors advisory teams to help them achieve greater success in their practice. Mr. LeClair brings to the financial services industry a unique global perspective and a strong set of leadership skills. As a Captain with more than 25 years in the U.S. Navy and an active navy reservist, he has completed three tours of duty to the Middle East and traveled to more than 40 different countries. He is currently in his fifth command including two tours commanding gunboat units. He has spent significant time in Indo-Asia Pacificas part of the staffs of Seventh Fleet and U.S. Forces Korea and has served in the Pentagon on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations. Ted currently serves at the Commanding Officer of Navy Reserve U.S. Seventh Fleet, one of the largest navy reserve units in the country. His career history also includes building and running a multi-million-dollar family cranberry business. Mr. LeClair holds a BA from Villanova University, an MPA from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and a Master in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. He is FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensed and a Kolbe Certified Consultant.
