Our home health care services let you maintain independence while getting the care and support you need. Your end-of-life priorities are also very important to us, and we will respect them. You and your family will be cared for in your home using your plan of care. Meanwhile, our PHC Foundation helps provide indigent hospice patients with the needs that their family can't meet and insurance won't cover. In addition to these services, we also have a hospice volunteer program that is always looking for individuals that are eager to help others; whether it be an office volunteer or a direct-patient care volunteer, we always have openings for those eager to get involved in their community!
