With over two decades of clinical experience &a profound understanding of organizational psychology, Emily Ross, LPC-S is the local expert in the field of workforce mental health. Through her engaging presentations & interactive workshops, Emily empowers organizational leaders to cultivate a company culture that fosters employee well-being, enhances performance, & increases productivity.  She is a contributing author in two internationally bestselling books including Ignite Your Life for Conscious Leaders & Ignite Your Health & Wellness. 
Emily enjoys serving the Southeast Texas community which she does in several roles including President, SETX Chapter of the Texas Counseling Association; Lead Facilitator for Women of Influence; Clinical Liaison to the board of SETX Veterans for Veterans; Chair of the SETX Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness Walk; Co-Chair Chamber Foundation's mentorship Program.
