About Us

Lofton is a family owned business, now in its second generation of ownership by Tommy Lofton's sons, Bret and Bart Lofton, who were named Co-Presidents in 2002. Tommy Lofton remained as Chairman until 2006 when he retired. Through the brothers' leadership, Lofton Staffing and Lofton Security employ over 8,100 assignment employees and security officers, supported by over 100 corporate internal staff, providing our employees and clients with the resources they need at a moment's notice.

Our purpose is to provide the best service possible. To do this, we strive for perfection in every aspect. We will set high standards for ourselves. We are committed to develop, with respect to every individual, each employee to the highest level of performance. We study, train and work not only to serve our clients, but to serve each other.
